The Hoosiers have added the Atlantic 10's Most Improved Player to their 2025-26 roster.

Darian DeVries continues to bolster his newly acquired Indiana Basketball team as Davidson transfer Reed Bailey will be heading to Bloomington for his Senior season.

Bailey spent his first three seasons at Davidson, where he saw massive growth between the 2022-23 and 2024-25 season. The 6-foot-10 forward is coming off a First Team All-Atlantic 10 season where he averaged 18.8 points per game, 6.1 rebounds per game, and 3.8 assists per game.

Bailey’s shooting splits on the season were 47.7% from the field, 41.5% from three on 1.2 attempts per game, and 76.8% from the free-throw line.

Bailey was also awarded the Atlantic 10 Most Improved Player of the Year this season after an over six-point increase per game from the 2023-24 season to this past.

According to 247 Sports, Bailey is listed as a 4-star transfer and ranked as the 7th power forward, and 36th overall transfer. Per On3, Bailey is the 23rd overall transfer.

The Harvard, Massachusetts native started in all 97 games in his three years with the Wildcats. His three-year averages with Davidson were 12.4 points per game, 4.9 rebounds per game, 2.0 assists per game, 46.2% field goal percentage, and 30.8% three-point percentage.
