Texas is back in the latest NCAA tournament projections after two big wins over Baylor and Oklahoma. That resulted in one of its new Big 12 counterparts, Cincinnati, dropping out of the field.
Northwestern and South Carolina are also big risers after their recent wins. Dayton, which continues to dominate the Atlantic 10, keeps moving up the projected bracket. The Flyers are the highest-ranked they’ve been all season.
Kentucky and Villanova are down after their losses this week, along with Auburn, which lost Wednesday against Alabama. That allowed the Tide to improve its standing.
